The special hose for MBR membrane module produced by our factory is mainly composed of thin-walled austenitic stainless steel corrugated inner pipe, Teflon (PTFE) polymer special spraying anticorrosive material and outer protective woven net and joint. The inner pipe and braided net are lined with shockproof friction fiber, and the joints or flanges at both ends of the hose are matched with membrane components and pipeline valves, The hose overcomes the corrosivity of sewage in membrane tank, high temperature of aeration, and relieves vibration and friction during aeration. It is different from the traditional stainless steel metal hose (easy to corrosion), rubber hose (easy to aging) and plastic hose (easy to aging). It is mainly composed of thin-walled austenitic stainless steel corrugated inner pipe, polymer special material spraying anti-corrosion and external protection woven net and joint. The joint or flange at both ends of the hose is matched with membrane components and pipeline valves, and is widely used in medium and large-scale wastewater treatment and resource engineering of MBR process.
1、 Product features:
1. It is easy to install and bend freely without the limitation of working space. The product can still work normally under a very small radius of rotation. The tube of its bending part is always round, and there will be no folding and cracking of the tube body. The installation and lifting of membrane module is convenient.
2. Good pressure and negative pressure performance, working pressure up to 2.5MPa, negative pressure up to 0.3MPa.
3. Good temperature resistance. The service temperature range is - 50 ℃～ 120 ℃, which will not affect the service function due to the change of climate or service temperature.
4. It has good corrosion resistance and aging resistance. Austenitic stainless steel (SUS304 or SUS316L) is used for inner pipe and outer layer mesh. In view of the complexity of sewage quality in aeration tank and corrosion inducement of other solid microorganisms, austenitic stainless steel corrosion can be caused. The outer surface of inner pipe is sprayed with polymer special material to completely isolate the stainless steel inner pipe from the medium in the aeration tank, thus eliminating the austenitic stainless steel caused by the medium in the aeration tank Corrosion factors, greatly extended the overall service life of the hose.
5. Good sealing performance. The double sealing function of the pipe body ensures the water quality.
6. Fatigue resistance. The inner tube of the hose is formed by longitudinal seam welded stainless steel pipe through high-precision plastic processing. Due to the elasticity of corrugated profile, the hose has good flexibility and fatigue resistance, which makes it easy to absorb all kinds of motion deformation and cyclic load.
7. Diversity of hose assembly. According to the needs of users, the connection form of both ends of the hose can be quick connection type and flange type. The appearance of the hose is made of stainless steel wire braided net. The quick connect type is more convenient to disassemble when flushing the membrane module.

1. FF type: flat welding flange at one end and loose flange connection at the other end. The flange standard is consistent with the user.
