Cause leakage of super high pressure hose

It must be that many users have encountered this kind of situation. How is this mainly caused and how to eliminate such a fault? According to the relevant personnel of the ultra-high pressure hose manufacturer, there are the following situations causing the leakage of ultra-high pressure hose, respectively:
1. Pipe burst. The cause of pipe burst is that the manufacturer of ultra-high pressure hose did not test the assembly before leaving the factory; at least, there was no root pressure test. It may be spot tested. This is not prohibited in industry standards. However, as a user's requirement, any leakage is intolerable.
2. Pipe joint leakage. Pipe joints are widely used in the hydraulic system, and the proportion of oil leakage accidents is also very high, up to 30% - 40%. Most of the reasons for the leakage of ultra-high pressure hose fittings are due to the fact that the processors did not process according to the drawings and standards. For example, the processing size and processing accuracy of the threaded hole are out of tolerance. Once the oil leakage occurs, it is difficult to cure the problem. Only liquid sealant or PTFE raw material belt can be used for filling and sealing. Other causes of pipe joint assembly problems, such as bumping and scratching of sealing parts during galvanizing or transportation, can cause leakage.
3. Improper selection of ultra-high pressure hose. Hydraulic system should choose different pipe body because of different working environment. Now the super high pressure hose is mainly divided into rubber tube and hydraulic resin pipe. Resin tube is a new product. The advantages of the product are fully demonstrated by the Resinification of the hose. However, the bending radius of some resin pipes is larger. The springback is not good. In addition, the ultra-high pressure hose is divided into oil resistance, temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, etc., which requires the designer to select the appropriate pipe material.
